Leah Fulton

Leah Fulton (she/they) is a coastal planner and cartographer focusing her research on understanding how representations of the coastal environment influence perceptions of well-being. With an interdisciplinary lens, Leah aims to integrate community knowledge and technologically derived data.

Her interest lies in leveraging immersive cartography and 3D mapping techniques as mechanisms for meaningful engagement with youth in the coastal and marine decision-making process.

 

 

Leah is an endurance sport enthusiast and does her best thinking when she is out trail running or cycling.

We acknowledge and respect the lÉ™k̓ʷəŋən peoples on whose traditional territory the university stands and the Songhees, Esquimalt and W̱SÁNEĆ peoples whose historical relationships with the land continue to this day.
